Spherical roller bearings can accommodate heavy loads in both directions. They are self-aligning and accommodate misalignment and shaft deflections, with virtually no increase in friction or temperature. Solid Oil bearings are designed for applications where high levels of moisture, incidental contact with water and other contaminants are real issues. They are also an excellent choice for applications where relubrication is impractical or dangerous.
