Lubrication system components

Maintenance Products

Manual greasing invites two mistakes: the point that gets forgotten and the point that gets too much. A centralised system meters lubricant from one pump to dozens of points — while the machine runs, not while it stands. It takes one of the most common failure causes off the maintenance calendar and out of anyone's memory.

Types and variants

The distinct designs that sit under this category.

Single-line systems

Simple and extendable — the usual answer for mid-sized machines.

Progressive dividers

Feed each outlet in sequence; if one blocks the system stops — the fault becomes visible.

Dual-line systems

For long runs and heavy plants with hundreds of points.

Single-point automatic lubricators

Gas or electromechanically driven, for a single bearing that is hard to reach.

Where it is used

The applications this category most often serves.

  • Conveyor lines and elevators
  • Presses and machine tools
  • Paper and textile machinery
  • Cement and mining plants
  • Wind turbines and large fan sets

What we ask when selecting

What we need in order to find the right part. You do not need all of it — we can work out the rest together.

Number of points and line length
These two largely decide the system type.
Quantity and interval per point
Not every point wants the same dose — the divider is sized accordingly.
Consistency and pumpability
NLGI 2 may not pump in a long cold line — grease and system are chosen together.
Monitoring and alarm needs
A system that fails silently is worth little — the alarm matters as much as the pump.

Other categories in this group

Send us the designation or the dimensions — we will find the match.

A code you cannot find in the catalogue, a faded marking on an old bearing, or just the dimensions — any of the three is enough. The wrong bearing costs more than a late one.
